Can Browns Gas, Also known as HHO Gas, be compressed beyond the storage area of when it was water?

This is what I found, “This system easily converts to your car or truck by a quart size container filled with distilled water and a small amount of baking soda under the hood of your car or truck. The system is powered by electricity from the battery that then creates a vacuum and produces browns gas or HHO gas. This gas is then pushed into the engines manifold or carburettor which burns smoothly and provides significant energy – while the end product is just H2O! It provides the atomic power of Hydrogen, while maintaining the stability of water. In fact, very little water is needed! only one quart of water provides over 1800 gallons of browns gas which can literally last for months and significantly increase your vehicle’s fuel efficiently.”

So how much energy does it take to split off how much Hydrogen x 2 and Oxygen? What other catalysts can be used besides baking soda? I have seen on “The Brink” where someone has a way to cut the electrical energy by two thirds in splitting water…

Can Browns Gas be combined with CO2 to make methane?
Can Browns Gas and/or methane be combined with Methanol to make a liquid with more punch for those who have doubts in the power of the gases?
